Establishing a new K-12 School Foundation Supporting an existing K-12 School Foundation
A partnership of the New York State School Boards Association and the National School Foundation Association.
A school foundation is a privately operated, nonprofit charitable organization established to assist public schools.
K-12 School Foundation Development Program
School foundations provide resources for local public school district programs and projects currently not funded by district budgets. School foundations are intended to provide ongoing support for current needs and needs that have yet to be identified.
School foundations can be a bridge between a school district strategic plan and community desires.
